The Aspen<\/a> is a Modern Farmhouse-Style home, fitting needs of any discerning client. With 4 bedrooms and 3 baths, there is plenty of space for everyone. The plan also boasts an over-sized mudroom with optional cabinets for mail and keys a private study with a spacious walk in closet, and a walk-in pantry. The modern farmhouse exterior has classic board and batten siding with a metal roof accent and a generous front porch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n

The center of the Aspen is designed for entertaining and quality time. The large kitchen has an oversized island for gathering and tons of cabinet space. The refrigerator wall can easily accommodate column refrigerator\/freezer appliances, and is the perfect spot for a coffee bar. The dining room is open to the kitchen and family room, which is the ultimate entertaining layout. When guests are not over, this arrangement allows for each member of the family to be together, even when working on individual activities. The elevated step ceiling with beams is a show stopper and adds a beautiful focal point to the room design.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Aspen is a split bedroom plan, with the master suite tucked away from the rest of the home and activity. The front bedroom is perfect for guests or older children and has a bathroom right off the entry. Both of the guest baths can be bumped out to the side to allow for additional vanity space or to create a shower instead of a tub. Any of the guest bedrooms can also be expanded in width or depth to create a over-sized room for crafts or a man cave.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The master suite has a step ceiling for enhanced height with double windows for lots of natural light. An exterior door can be added for access to the rear porch from the bedroom. The master bath has both a soaking tub and a walk-in shower, as well as a private toilet room. The double vanity has plenty of storage and counter space, and a linen cabinet is included for even more storage. The walk-in closet has a his and hers section for efficient storage, and access to the laundry room means you no longer have to carry laundry baskets across the house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
