Designing Your Dreams Into Reality

Our In-House Architecture Design Services

Your home should reflect the way you live, which is why our architectural process begins with getting to know you, your lifestyle, and your vision for your home. We believe great residential design is not about pushing a specific style or creating the same home over and over, it’s about creating a home that feels personal to you. With architecture, construction, and interior design all under one roof, our team collaborates seamlessly to blend your vision with experienced guidance in design and building, creating a home that is both thoughtfully designed and uniquely yours.

Experience

3D Mini Model Home

What is this? A home for ANTS!?! With the full architecture package, we provide custom 3D printed mini house models. Each model accurately captures the home’s major exterior components offering a tangible preview of the design before construction begins.

VR Walkthrough

We also provide an immersive virtual reality video walkthrough of your home. These fully rendered exterior and interior experiences allow you to step inside the space before it’s built- helping you better understand flow, scale, and overall livability.

1. Understanding the Client and Site

Following contract execution, we begin with an in-depth discovery process focused on understanding the client’s lifestyle, priorities, personality, and long-term goals. Through guided conversations and targeted questions, we establish a clear foundation that informs every design decision moving forward.

  • Uncovering lifestyle discoveries.
  • Creating meaningful personal connections.
  • Exploring your relationship with design.
  • Evaluating the site and its surroundings.
  • Identifying a style that truly fits you.

2. Conceptual Design

During the conceptual design phase, we explore initial ideas through sketches, diagrams, and preliminary studies. Clients are presented with concept floor plans and early elevation studies in a collaborative review meeting to establish overall direction and intent.

  • Exploring orientation, placement, and scale.
  • Organizing rooms, adjacencies, and balance.
  • Shaping lifestyle spaces for moments and memories.
  • Illustrating relationship connections.
  • Establishing overall architectural vision.

3. Design Development

The approved concept is refined through iterative design development, focusing on spatial relationships, proportions, and architectural character. Interior and exterior renderings are introduced to help clients fully visualize the design as it evolves into a cohesive and resolved home.

  • Refining layouts for comfort, flow, and proportion.
  • Developing elevations, massing, and architectural character.
  • Studying light, views, and spatial experience.
  • Reviewing interior and exterior renderings together.
  • Shaping a cohesive and intentional home.

4. Details, Interiors & Specifications

With the design established, we shift focus to the details that bring the home to life. This phase may include collaboration with our in-house interior designer, discussions of materials and systems, and ballpark cost guidance. For clients interested in building with our company, a comprehensive specification manual outlining all components of the home is developed and presented.

  • Elevating the design through thoughtful details.
  • Collaborating with our in-house interior designer.
  • Exploring materials, finishes, and textures.
  • Discussing specifications and preliminary cost guidance.
  • Defining how the home will look, feel, and function.

5. Construction Documentation

Construction drawings are prepared to fully document the home in detail, creating a complete and coordinated set ready for permitting and bidding. Clients also receive final still renderings, a cinematic video walkthrough, and an immersive virtual reality experience of their future home.

  • Translating the design into detailed drawings.
  • Coordinating architectural systems and details.
  • Preparing plans ready for permitting and bidding.
  • Finalizing all architectural decisions.
  • Delivering renderings, walkthroughs, and virtual reality experiences.

6. Construction Administration

Throughout construction, we remain involved to support the successful execution of the design. Whether building with our company or another contractor, we assist with RFIs, design clarifications, and thoughtful guidance to ensure the home is built as intended.

  • Supporting the design through construction.
  • Responding to questions and RFIs.
  • Providing clarity as decisions arise.
  • Offering guidance to protect the design intent.
  • Ensuring the home is built as envisioned.
